CONSEQUENCE LAW VIOLATION FULFILLMENT OF THE ALIMENTATION RIGHT OF PARENTS OR ELDERLY JUDGING FROM INDONESIAN LAW

Indonesia has many regulations that aim to protect its citizens. This protection is given to all its citizens without exception. One of the rules that protect the elderly or the elderly is the rule regarding the alimentation rights of these parents. Protection is given to elderly parents where the children of these parents have the obligation to take care of their parents. Failure to do so will result in sanctions in accordance with the provisions of Indonesian law.
