CAUSES DU DESINTERESSEMENT DES JEUNES DE LA VILLE DE KINDU SUR LE RECRUTEMENT AU SEIN DES FORCES ARMEES DE LA REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO DE 2015-2020

Le désintéressement des jeunes de la ville de Kindu à s’enrôler au sein des FARDC est notre préoccupation majeure dans cette réflexion. Son avantage repose sur la motivation qu’elle pourra susciter aux jeunes pour gonfler les effectifs au sein de notre Armée en la rendant plus persuasive. Nous avons préféré cerner l’objet d’étude à travers la méthode dialectique pour prendre en charge les contradictions observées. Nos résultats prouvent qu’il y a justement démotivation des jeunes à s’enrôler au sein de l’armée congolaise. Il est donc souhaitable que le pays applique nos recommandations enfin de créer un sentiment nouveau en la rendant plus compétitive et pour la permettre d’atteindre l’objectif de toute armée du monde.
