Efficient Peer Review and Submission Process

Submitted articles are initially assessed by the Editor in Chief. If deemed suitable, then they are reviewed by at least two selected experts. These reviewers may be distinguished researchers with extensive publications or specialists with expertise in specific research areas. Manuscripts that receive provisional acceptance may be returned to the author for revisions or clarifications based on feedback from the Editorial Board or external reviewers before final acceptance.

Online submission and peer review for rapid online publication are offered through the Editorial Manager System.  This system generates a PDF version of the submitted article for peer review, revision, and proofing. All communications, including requests for revisions and final decisions, are handled via email. Authors receive step-by-step guidance throughout the process and are regularly updated on the status of their article at each stage.

Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process):

The Journal of Advance Research in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (ISSN 2208-2379) offers an expedited review option called the Fast Editorial Execution and Review Process (FEE-Review Process) for an additional prepayment of $99, in addition to the standard article processing fee. This service provides a quicker response time, with initial feedback from the handling editor within 3 days and a review from the reviewers within 5 days, followed by revision and publication within 2 days. If revisions are required, the article will be reviewed again within 5 days by either the original reviewer or an alternative.

Manuscript acceptance is determined solely by the editorial team's evaluation and independent peer review, upholding high standards whether the manuscript undergoes the standard peer-reviewed process or the expedited review option. Both the handling editor and the author are accountable for maintaining scientific integrity. Please note that the $99 FEE-Review Process fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the manuscript is accepted, rejected, or withdrawn.

The corresponding author or their institution/organization is responsible for paying the manuscript's FEE-Review Process fee. This additional payment facilitates expedited review and swift editorial decisions, while the standard article processing fee covers preparation in various online formats, inclusion in permanent archives such as HTML, XML, and PDF, and indexing by multiple agencies.
